Entry Level Customer Support Representative
We have an immediate opening for an entry level Customer Support Representative to train customers and support our custom
mobile automation software. As a member of our Customer Support team, you will provide remote and on site software training
and help our users solve a wide range of general, application, and technical problems.
To be considered, candidates must demonstrate superior problem solving skills and a unique combination of customer service,
training, and technical abilities. Excellent communication skills, a positive phone presence and unwavering commitment to
customer service are essential. Excellent computer skills are required. Candidates must have the ability to learn quickly
and manage multiple priorities in this fast-paced environment. Experience with SQL Server, Access, AutomatedQA tools,
LogMeIn Rescue, wireless protocols and console based applications are a plus.
BS preferred and candidates with up to 3 years technical support/customer service experience are encouraged to apply.
Experience with network systems a plus. On site support and rotation in on-call 'off peak' hours support is required
with this position. Up to 25% national travel may be required. EOE: M/F/D/V.
